Sarah Bennett Allison earned 12 varsity letters while taking part in four different varsity sports. She was a three-time All-NCAC honoree in women’s lacrosse and was the NCAC’s Defensive Player of the Year in 1995. She was also a three-time IWLCA All-American on the lacrosse field and went on to compete in the US Trials following her graduation.

On the basketball court she earned all-conference honors in 1994 and was the team captain as a senior. As a freshman she was a member of the DU field hockey team and was a three-year letterwinner for the Big Red cross country team.
