Geoffrey Merrill was a standout in both lacrosse and soccer. In soccer, he was named to the All-Midwest and All-American squads during the time when only one such team was selected nationally. He also earned All-Conference and All-Ohio honors. In lacrosse, he played midfield on three Midwest Lacrosse Association championship teams.
