Darren Slattery was a four year letter winner in football from 1983-86 and was the starting center on two NCAC Championship teams in 1985 and 1986. Slattery was named the team’s Outstanding Offensive Lineman as a senior and following graduation, he received tryouts with the New York Jets and the Seattle Seahawks as a long snapper. He was a two-time all-conference selection and in his senior season, he was named to the Division III All-American squad.
Slattery was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and in 1986 received the Lewis Newton Thomas, III Scholarship.
