Otto Walker won eight athletic letters at Denison and captained the football, baseball and basketball teams. He received All-Buckeye Conference honors in football and, in one season, was the league’s leading scorer. Otto also received All-Buckeye Athletic Association honors in basketball.
Walker served as a coach in the Grove City, Johnstown and Dover school systems, and as a high school principal at Johnstown, Dover, Coshocton and Sandusky. In 1956-57, he served as president of the Ohio High School Principals Association, and for seven years he served as assistant superintendent of the Sandusky City Schools.
