Ashlee Trebilcock is entering her second year at Denison as the assistant women's basketball coach in 2011-12.

Last season the Big Red completed the conference's first undefeated regular season (25-0) and went on to capture the 2011 North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament for the sixth time out of the last seven seasons.  Led by All-American and NCAC Player of the Year, Shaina Kaiser, Denison took a 28-0 record into the NCAA Tournament where they suffered a loss to defending national champion and eventual national runner-up, Washington University.

Prior to her arrival in Granville she served as an account executive for the Idaho Steelheads of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL).  While with the Steelheads, Trebilcock served as a player liason, organized group ticket packages, managed 50 season-ticket holder accounts and recruited new season-ticket holders.

Trebilcock, a former standout at the Ohio State University, played two and a half seasons with the Buckeyes after transfering from UCLA.  She earned honorable mention All-Big Ten status during her junior year (2007-08) after shooting over 40 percent from the field and averaging just under 10 points a game in 31 starts.  During her senior season, she finished second in the Big Ten Conference in three-point field-goal percentage (44%) and second on the squad with 40 threes.  Trebilcock graduated from Ohio State in 2009 with an undergraduate degree in Strategic Communication.

A native of Boise, Idaho, Trebilcock played her high school basketball at Hart High School in Newhall, Calif.  She helped lead Hart to four Foothill League championships and three appearances in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Finals.  Trebilcock was a WBCA High School All-American, a two-time CIF Player of the Year and two-time first-team All-State selection (2004,05).  She is the school's all-time leader in points, rebounds, assists and steals.
