Charlotte Godfrey has earned North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors for her performance in the Big Red's 2-0 victory of Ohio Wesleyan on Thursday. Godfrey joins Charlotte Happel and Teya Adams as Denison's third conference athlete of the week this season.

Godfrey led the team with seven shots and two shots on goal against OWU.  The game-winning goal came in the 53rd minute when she scored off her own rebounded shot. The victory clinched the outright conference championship for the first time since 2000. It also marked Denison's 11th NCAC championship, the most for any conference institution in field hockey.

Godfrey and the Big Red look to continue their undefeated conference run as they travel to Richmond, Indiana to take on the Earlham Quakers on Thursday, October 25th at 4:30 p.m.
