DELAWARE, Ohio-  Matt Doyle scored 26 and Jack Coulter added 25 to lead Denison to a 95-94 overtime win over Ohio Wesleyan in the season finale from Branch Rickey Arena.

With 1:37 left in OT, Coulter buried his seventh 3-pointer of the game to give the Big Red 93-87 lead.  OWU responded with a layup by Nick Carlson.  After a timeout, Denison retaliated as Doyle knifed through the lane to put his team back up by six.

The Battling Bishops stayed alive on a Curtis White triple with 51 seconds on the clock.  After a miss at the other end by Doyle, Gabe Johnson threw down a dunk to make it a one-point game with 13 seconds left.  OWU fouled Conor Fenton and after missing the front end of the one-and-one, Johnson snagged the rebound and called another timeout with five seconds left.

OWU potential game-winning shot by White was off the mark and Fenton was there with the rebound to secure Denison's seventh victory of the season.

Fenton led all players with 15 rebounds, 13 of which came on the defensive end.  He chipped in seven points in 30 minutes of action.  Jake Livingston scored 15 points and had eight boards in 33 minutes.  Doyle was 10-for-20 from the field and 5-of-8 from the charity stripe. He also pulled down nine rebounds.  Coulter was 8-of-12 on his shot attempts while going 7-of-10 from beyond the arc.

Jaret Gerber came off the bench to lead Ohio Wesleyan in scoring with 22 points.  Ethan Stanislawski tallied 17 points in 40 minutes while Johnson added 15 points and 11 rebounds.
