The Denison men's track & field team took a limited roster of athletes to compete at the 2013 All-Ohio Indoor Championship hosted by Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.

The Big Red was led by first-year Wallace Branche who placed third in the triple jump with a distance of 44'3.25".  His third-place showing was bested only by Joshua Woods of Capital (46'1.50") and Sam Ludgood of Mount Union (48'11.50").  Branche was the only newcomer to place in the top-10 of the men's triple jump standings.

Picking up Denison's final point was the distance medley relay team of Ryan Keller, Jon Brachna, Sam Posniewski, and Jacob Ott.  That group posted a time of 10:46.51 to place eighth in the relay.

Denison's performances were rounded out by Mitch Keller who placed 10th in the mile with a time of 4:32.36.  Branche failed to qualify for the finals of the 60 meters hurdles after his time of 9.13 seconds in the preliminary.  The 4x200 relay team of Quenton Richards, Brachna, Posniewski, and Jordan Patterson took 11th with a time of 1:33.88.

The Big Red will travel to Gambier, Ohio next Saturday (Feb. 16) for the Kenyon College Classic.
