DANVILLE, Ind. – Led by sophomore Emmy Timberlake's 10th place finish and an all-tournament team selection, Denison women's golf posted a seventh-place finish on Sunday afternoon at the Dan Quayle Collegiate Classic.

Shooting a 156 for the tournament, Timberlake posted the third-best score of the second round when she fired a new career-low 75 to help her crack the top-10 for the weekend at Twin Bridges. This is the second weekend in a row that Timberlake has posted a new career low, finishing with a 77 on Sept. 17 at the Carnegie Mellon Shootout in Apollo, Pennsylvania.

Sophomore Lauren Danielson posted 82's on both days to finish the tournament with a 164 and a tie for 27th overall.  Sophie Kollin ended the weekend in 31st place with a score of 165, only one stroke back of Danielson. Nicole Wetoska and Moe Madar both added 91's on day two to pace the Big Red with finishes in 46th and 51st place, respectively.

Denison will travel to Springfield, Ohio in two weeks (Oct. 7-8) for the Pat Close Invitational hosted by Wittenberg University at Springfield Country Club.
